Our story

From the ground up, on the ground

Our team has worked in international education since 2024, under earlier business operations — counseling students across India (Bihar, Jharkhand, eastern Uttar Pradesh) and Nepal. In January 2026, we incorporated RichenQuest Private Limited in Patna, Bihar, India to consolidate that work into one systematic, compliance-first company.

Over 1,000 students guided through study abroad counseling, admissions, scholarship guidance, documentation support, visa guidance, and global education pathways since 2024.

We are headquartered in Patna, Bihar, India — the heart of one of South Asia's fastest-growing and most underserved study-abroad markets — with counselors on the ground in Italy. When we say we know the road to Europe, we mean we live on it.

Founder

Rahul Kumar

RichenQuest's founder and CEO works between India and Italy, and stays personally involved in student journeys — from first counseling calls to scholarship filings handled on the ground in Europe.

The company was built on a simple discipline: distinguish what we have done from what we plan to do, and publish only what we can prove. That discipline is written into our documents, our processes — and even our website's build system, which automatically blocks unverified claims from ever going live.

Technology will assist our counselors — never replace their judgment, and never predict visa outcomes. Some decisions must stay human.
