Refund Policy

The principle

Refund terms are defined in the written service agreement you sign before paying — stage by stage, in plain language, before any money changes hands. That agreement is the authoritative document for your engagement; this page explains the process around it.

What is refundable and what isn't

Your service agreement specifies which fee components are refundable and at which stages. As a general rule, amounts already paid to third parties on your behalf — university application fees, visa fees, courier, translation or attestation charges — are governed by those third parties' own rules and are outside our control.

How to request a refund

Email official@richenquest.com from your registered email address with your name, agreement reference and the reason for the request. Every request is acknowledged, reviewed against your agreement, and answered in writing with a clear decision and reasoning.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are paid to the account the original payment came from, through formal banking channels, with a written confirmation. No cash settlements, no informal transfers.
