Who we are

RichenQuest Private Limited ("RichenQuest", "we") is an education and immigration consultancy headquartered in Patna, Bihar, India. We are the data fiduciary/controller for personal data processed through https://www.richenquest.com and our counseling services. Contact: official@richenquest.com.

What data we collect

What you give us: name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, and the study preferences you share when you contact us (destination, study level, intake, budget range, and any message you send). If you become a client, we additionally process the documents needed for applications and visas (academic records, passport details, financial documents) under your service agreement.

What is collected automatically: basic technical data needed to serve the website. We do not run advertising trackers. If we later enable analytics tools (such as Microsoft Clarity), they will be activated only with your consent where required, and this policy will be updated first.

Why we process it

To respond to your inquiry and provide counseling; to manage applications and visa filings you engage us for; to send service communications; and — only if you opt in — to send guidance emails about intakes, scholarships and destinations. We never sell personal data.

Where it lives

Our operations run on the Zoho business platform with data hosted in India, and on WhatsApp/email when you contact us through those channels. Client documents are stored in access-controlled systems; shared credentials are vault-managed; our team operates under two-factor authentication requirements.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 — and under the EU GDPR where it applies — you can request access to your data, correction, deletion (subject to legal retention needs), and withdrawal of consent at any time. Marketing opt-outs are honored immediately. Write to official@richenquest.com and we will respond within the timelines the law requires.

Retention

Inquiry data is kept while we assist you and for a reasonable follow-up period. Client case files are retained as required for legal, tax and audit obligations, then deleted or anonymized.

Grievances
