Who these terms cover

These terms govern your use of https://www.richenquest.com and, together with your individual service agreement, the counseling and application services provided by RichenQuest Private Limited, Patna, Bihar, India.

Our services

Study-abroad counseling; university admissions support; scholarship guidance; documentation and application support; interview preparation; student, work, business and tourist visa assistance; and accommodation and pre-departure guidance. The exact scope you engage is defined in a written service agreement and quote before any payment.

The honest-outcomes rule

Admission decisions belong to universities; visa decisions belong to embassies and immigration authorities; scholarship decisions belong to their awarding bodies. We do not and cannot guarantee admissions, visas or scholarships — and no statement by any member of our team should be read as such a guarantee. What we promise is diligent, honest, properly documented work.

Your responsibilities

Provide true, complete and unaltered documents and information; meet the deadlines we agree together; and pay fees per your service agreement. We refuse work involving falsified documents — without exception — and may terminate services where falsification is attempted.

Fees and payments

Fees are set out in your written quote and service agreement. Invoices are issued formally with secure payment links. Do not make payments to any personal account or through informal channels; we are not responsible for payments made outside our invoiced process.

Liability

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Patna, Bihar having jurisdiction, unless your service agreement states otherwise.
